High pressure SFERA ZTA KSHZ21X1112/1111, etc.
High-pressure ball valves are special-purpose valves, characterized by increased strength and designed for use in pipelines with high pressure. They are used as a shut-off device for industrial technological pipelines of engineering communications.
Design features:
- the all-welded body and parts are made of conventional structural or stainless corrosion-resistant steels and other special steels (steel 20, 09G2S, 12X18N10T, 10X17N13M2T, 13XFA and other steels);
- the seal of the gate is made of fluoroplastics F4, F4K20, F4K15M5, polyurethane, UNICSPUR and other polymer compositions, including PEEK, PTFE, TECAPEEK, with high wear resistance;
- light weight, small dimensions;
- flange material: steel 20, 09G2S, 12X18N10T, 10X17N13M2T, 13XFA;
- additionally, they can be equipped with a gearbox, electric or pneumatic drive;
- it is possible to manufacture cranes with combined fasteners and any construction length.
