Ball valves with heating/cooling are designed to heat or cool the transported medium by means of a coolant circuit supplied to the fitting valves with characteristics that provide the specified parameters. They are used in technological and special communications and special equipment.
Design features:
- the all-welded body and parts are made of conventional structural or stainless corrosion-resistant steels and other special steels (steel 20, 09G2S, 12X18N10T, 10X17N13M2T, 13XFA and other steels);
- the seal of the gate is made of fluoroplastics F4, F4K20, F4K15M5, polyurethane, UNICSPUR and other polymer compositions, including PEEK, PTFE, TECAPEEK, with high wear resistance;
- light weight, small dimensions;
- ball material: 12X18N10T, 10X17N13M2T and other steels.
