Ball valves with a metal-on-metal seal are based on a ball pair - a ball plug and a set of seats, which are made of high-strength materials with special types of heat treatment and are subjected to careful lapping to each other. This allows you to provide a large number of actuation cycles, without losing the necessary tightness of the cranes.
This manufacturing method allows for transportation with a large amount of solid particles in heavily polluted environments at any pressure in the crane.
